About the event

Jumper knitting is a very popular first project for knitters and whilst I always welcome people of all abilities to my workshops, this is one of those times where if you do not know how to cast on, knit, purl or cast off, you may struggle and feel you have not benefitted so I would advise you not to take part in this workshop if you have NO knitting experience. If however you have learnt to knit in the past and might need a gentle reminder of some of the processes then that is absolutely fine.


In this two hour workshop we will be exploring the skills used in jumper knitting. This includes the rub stitch, how to decrease stitches, create a button hole and if time allows, how to add a collar.
